About the money.
Why isn’t there a price list?
Because an auction-only gala, a church with weekly giving and a school with three events a year need different things, and have very different budgets. What we can say here: in most cases we come in under what organizations are paying elsewhere, and nobody gets charged an arm and a leg. Tell us what you’re working with, bring your current bill if you have one, and we’ll build a plan around it. One short conversation gets you an exact figure you can take to your board.
What happens if we run out of messages?
We top up your account automatically for a small charge: for example, 10,000 extra emails for $100 on Premium plans. Top-up messages never expire either.
Is it hard to move our data over?
No. Upload supporters and past transactions from a CSV and your history comes with you.
