What does Snowball cost?

You pay for an annual plan and standard card processing on each transaction. That’s it: no platform fees, penalties or hidden charges, guaranteed. In most cases that comes to less than organizations are paying elsewhere. Plans depend on which tools you need, and we’ll work with your budget: bring your current bill to the demo and we’ll put ours next to it, line by line.

How is Snowball different from the free platforms?

Free tools are a fine fit for a single donate button. Snowball is for organizations that also run auctions, sell tickets and take gifts by text, and want every one of those supporters in one list, with a person to help set it up. On your demo we’ll put our full cost next to what you pay today, fees included, so you can compare like for like.

How quickly can we start raising money?

The same day. You can start accepting gifts as soon as your account is set up; link your bank account and deposits arrive on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.

Can we bring our existing donors with us?

Yes. Upload your supporters and past transactions from a spreadsheet and your history comes with you. If your export is messy, our support team can help.
