Snowball Fundraising (“Snowball”) provides easy and secure donation platform using proprietary Two-Touch Technology. Snowball is part of Swoop In Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having offices at 5600 Wyoming Blvd NE, Ste 270, Albuquerque, NM 87109. At Snowball, the privacy and security of our Customers, partners, and visitors are of paramount importance. Snowball is committed to protecting the data you share with us. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, transfer and disclose information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual that we may obtain about you through use of our website and IT platforms (“Personal Information”).

This Privacy Policy applies to Snowball’s web site, snowballfundraising.com, as well as the other websites and online access platforms that Snowball operates and that link to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not cover our use of information collected through any other means, including through other websites to which we may link. Snowball also adheres to the privacy policies of its Customers in the event it collects, stores and/or transmits data as part of the services that it provides to such Customers. Collection of Personal Information

Unless otherwise restricted by separate agreement, Snowball may collect, record and analyze information of visitors to its websites and platforms. Such Personal Information may comprise your IP address, first and last name, your postal and email address, your telephone number, your job title, data for social networks, your areas of interest, interest in Snowball products, and certain information about your skills, certifications, levels of training, job experience, and the company you work for (company name and address), as well as information as to the type of relationship that exists between you and Snowball. Personal Information of Customers

In order to provide services to its Customers, Snowball may also collect certain types of data from them. Except as required to maintain and fulfill certain Customer services, data entered or transferred into Snowball’s platform or databases by Customers, such as content, proprietary data, texts, questions, contacts, media files, etc., remains the property of the Customer and may not be shared with a third party by Snowball without express consent from the Customer.

During a Customer’s registration and later on Snowball’s service platforms, information such as name, company name, email, address, telephone, credit-card number and other relevant data may be provided. This information is used by Snowball to identify the Customer and provide them with support, services, communications, sales and marketing actions, billing and to meet contractual obligations. Snowball will not sell this information to third parties.

Snowball maintains separate Customer databases with varying access protocols and procedures that may permit a Customer to access and edit, update or delete Customer details. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be diligent in maintaining access to the Snowball platforms to those Customer personnel with appropriate authority. Once a person accesses the Snowball platform on behalf of a Customer, such person meets the definition of Customer in this policy. Snowball will not retain Customer data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

International Collection, Use and Transfers

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Visitors Only): If you are a visitor from the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Information described above will depend on the Personal Information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it; however, we will normally collect Personal Information from you only where we need the Personal Information to perform a contract with you (e.g., to provide you with our services), where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, or where we have your consent. Geographical Location of Personal Data

Snowball may offer a number of data regions from time to time. An Snowball “Data Region” is a set of data centers located within a defined geographical area where data is stored. Personal Information may be retrieved and accessed from any Data Region. Currently Snowball processes data solely in data centers located in the US. Snowball has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the safeguards enacted by the EU against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the Personal Information in Snowball’s possession. Snowball will notify the Customer in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, applicable Personal Information in compliance with applicable laws.

All data collected by Snowball Customers through the platform will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities. Snowball’s contract with its hosting provider is designed to ensure that all hosting is performed in accordance best industry practices and in compliance with applicable regulations. Snowball’s policy is to protect and safeguard any Personal Information obtained by Snowball in accordance with United States state or federal laws governing the protection of Personal Information and data. Accordingly, Snowball adheres to practices and policies that aim to safeguard the data pursuant to such standards.

Retention and Deletion

Snowball will not retain Personal Information longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

Acceptance of These Conditions

We assume that all users of our websites and/or platforms have carefully read this Privacy Policy and agree to its contents. If someone does not agree with this privacy policy, they should refrain from using our website and/or platforms. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy as necessity dictates.
